Redesigned Anti Clogging Filter Damper

Unlike some other IEMs on the market. MOONDROP implements acoustical damper and filter into one package in order to make precise control of frequency response. Its inner damper suffers some risk of contamination by vapor or earwax which causes volume imbalance. (it's actually #1 cause of warranty issues.) To fix that we developed a new triple layer anti clogging filter/damper. It effectively reduces risk of clogging issues that end with volume imbalance.

*98% of channel imbalance issues were caused by clogged filters according to MOONDROP service department. This filter greatly reduces, but not 100% eliminates channel imbalance caused by clogging. User can purchase additional filters from our distributors. Due to the special design of our filter. We don't recommend any aftermarket filters as they may cause obvious acoustical degradation.
